Meet the Author: Rachael Moreland

Rachael Moreland is a strategic Head of Product Management and Technology with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and bring to market successful products that drive business growth within the Energy & Tech spaces. She has a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, developing, and implementing product vision and strategy, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-tech environments. She is a strong product leader with a proven track record of building high performing teams and creating product strategies that expand existing business into new markets. Congruently, Rachael is an accomplished writer and speaker who has had the privilege to present technical papers at multiple research conferences spanning the industries of Energy, Technology, Data Strategy, Oil & Gas, Geoscience, and Neuroscience.

Rachael holds degrees in Geoscience and Neuroscience from Hanover College (IN). Outside of work, Rachael participates in multiple mentoring programs supporting Women in Tech. In her free time, she enjoys salsa dancing, trail running, and back-country skiing in the mountains, near her home in Denver, Colorado.
